THE SHORT VERSION
We process account information for sign-in, subscription records for access, and service usage information for operation and troubleshooting. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Account data — your email address and sign-in credentials, handled by our authentication provider.
Subscription data — your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan status, and renewal date.
Product usage — usage events and technical information about your use of the site so we can keep it fast and fix what breaks.
We never see or store your card number. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor.
WHY WE HOLD IT
To give you access to what you paid for, to bill you correctly, to answer your support emails, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We also use it to protect the service and investigate errors.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only the service providers that make the product work: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and our email sender for receipts and account notices. Each receives only what it needs. We also disclose data where the law genuinely requires it.
Account and billing communications relate to your use of the service. Contact support about email preferences.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Write to Support@JR’S.com from the address on the account and we will review your request in accordance with applicable law. Billing records we are legally required to keep are retained for as long as the law says, and no longer.
BROWSER STORAGE AND RETENTION
Your browser stores sign-in information and preferences such as theme and sound settings. Technical analytics may help us understand usage. We retain information as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may process information outside your country.
DOMAIN DATA
The domain names and 360° grades in the product are derived from public registry and zone data. They are not personal data about you and are not linked to your account when we publish them.
